Shipping

All items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery. This is their next day delivery service. Delivery is free for orders over £44.95 otherwise it is £2.99 for shipping. All orders are dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 4pm except Saturdays and Sundays. For example if you order it on a Tuesday at 2pm you will receive it the next day.

International shipping - Shipping to Europe is also available. It is free for orders over £149.95 otherwise it is £8.99 for shipping. Shipped with Royal Mails International Tracked service. This takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Returns

You can return any item you buy for any reason however you have to start a return within 2 weeks of receiving your item. Please send a message through the contact page or through my TikTok (bn_reps) with the order number and reason for return to start the returns process. I will provide an address to ship the item back (buyer pays return shipping). Once the item has been received checks will be made to ensure it is in adequate condition. Afterwards I will provide a full refund to the payment method that was used. Returns cannot be issued outside of the returns window.
